Hi and welcome.
Before you start to fill in the form, do this. Form sent and not complete will not be handled!

After the submitting, SAVE THE PDF on your computer/ tablet/ phone and upload it inside the ”FORM” in the bottom

2. Read and follow the instructions under the tab ”Safe Construction Training”
Download the ”diploma” after completion to your computer/ tablet/ phone and upload later when filling in the ”FORM”

3. Take a new facial photo for ID06 and SSG. This photo has requirements if you don’t follow them it will not be approved.

You are allowed to use your mobile but be sure to apply the requirements below:

4. Fill in the ”FORM” and upload everything that is instructed in the bottom on the form and click ”Submit”

Conditions & Requirements

WORK DESCRIPTION
# The work will be up north in Sweden from Oxelösund to Kiruna.
# Mainly it will be on paper mills/ steel factories
# Scaffolding of all types will be done
# Material is mainly Layher
# Our client is Bergnäset (BSM)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
# Min 3 years experience
# ID06 card
# SSG Basic Entrance + Local
# Safe Construction Training (mandatory from July 1st)
# Swedish Licens for mounting scaffold over 9 meters.
# Swedish Licens for fall protection (for using harness)

CONDITIONS
# Rotation: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 66h/week
# Hourly wage* : 195,5 sek /h (this is an average wage / h based on the start wage and OB divided on the hours / week)
# Trakt: 240 sek/ day taxfree (21st / rotation)
# Free accommodation**
# Cervix will cover cost for rental car and fuel (fuelcard) within Sweden

*If there is overtime paid by the client this will be shared according to the union agreement with the workers. This applies during industry stop and not project/ maintenance work.
**Accommodation is paid by Cervix but the accommodation is provided by the client so Cervix are in no control of the standard.

Swedish Coordination Number

To work in Sweden you need to apply for Swedish co-ordination number (a.k.a. tax number) or activate if you already have, it’s the same form for both.

To get to the form (online) you need to login to the Swedish Tax Agency a.k.a. ”Skatteverket”

ID06

ID06 is mandatory in Sweden and works as an identification within construction industry and only valid together with your passport/ National ID. If you don’t have it you are rejected from the site.

There av 3 types of validity of the card:

~~25 days , but this one we will NEVER apply for!~~. out of order
3 months, this require the PDF from Swedish Tax Agency, see tab Swedish Coordination Number.
12months, if you have a Swedish Co-ordination Number
5 years, if you have a Swedish Civic Number (Swedish personal number)

The ID06 is ordered by us and is confirmed by you. But in order to confirm the order you need to have a ID06 account which you will create in conjunction with an email sent to you from the card supplier. As soon as you have confirmed the order it will go in production.

Once you receive it and before you use it, you have to activate the card by logging in to the same account as you did to confirm the order.

If this is the first time in Sweden and first time getting the ID06 you need to validate your identity since you are not able to create the ID06 account otherwise. This is done by scanning your National ID, we will provide time and place for this.
We will order the card, you will scan your ID, you will after that create ID06 account and confirm the order*.

*After you have scanned you National ID you will get help to both create and confirm the order from the company who does the scanning (SISTEC).

Safe Contruction Training

As of July 1st 2021 the course ”Safe Construction Training” is mandatory and needs to be done before you enter the project. If you haven’t done it you are risking to be rejected from the site. This applies all professions and occupations.

SSG card

SSG card is specific within the paper mill / steel factories and other industry projects. It looks like this

This card does not replace the ID06, in fact, this card is only valid together with ID06.

We will provide for this card and to get it, you need to conduct one (1) or more courses. The first one is the ”SSG Entre Grundkurs” which is the basic course all need to do. Other courses depend on which factory you will work on since it local. Either way you need to to the courses asap once you receive the link, THIS IS IMPORTANT!!
